These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Maireart, a professional travel makeup artist service. By booking with us, you agree to the following:
1. Services
Services include professional makeup artistry at the client’s chosen location, as agreed upon during booking.
The scope of services (e.g., bridal makeup, event makeup, photoshoot makeup) will be detailed in the booking confirmation.
2. Bookings & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your date and time.
Final payment is due on the day of service as agreed.
Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received.
3. Travel & Additional Fees
Travel fees may apply depending on location and will be disclosed before booking.
Parking, tolls, and accommodation (if required) are the client’s responsibility.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide a clean, safe space for services to be performed.
The client must arrive or be ready at the agreed start time to avoid delays.
5. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if there are contagious skin conditions or unsafe environments.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
7. Photography & Portfolio Use
We may take photos/videos of the makeup for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution, we are not liable for allergic reactions or issues arising from products used, unless due to negligence
